Responsibilities:

The following duties and responsibilities are required for the effective performance of your job function with respect to multiple residential and commercial developments with a variety of ownership structures:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Perform Various tasks inside and outside of property
• The nature of repairs may include but are not limited to; drywall & taping, trim work, painting, Concrete and asphalt.
• Ability to Work at heights required
• Must have a valid G driver’s license with a clean record.
